When will we receive a response to our enquiry?
For professionals, we process all requests for translation or interpretation quotes or information within the hour during business hours.
When will we receive a quote?
For most requests, you will receive a quote within the hour. This free quote will include, depending on your request and your organisation’s situation:
- either a link for payment of your translation or interpretation service,
- or a quote for immediate payment,
- or a quote for deferred payment, which will require agreement and the signature of a purchase order
How can my company make payment?
For professionals, payment terms are tailored to each client.
Firstly, you can of course pay directly by Visa, Mastercard or Amex bank card.
You can also pay by PayPal or instant SEPA transfer.
We also accept French cheques and bank transfers from any country.
As a final option, you can pay in cash at our head office (maximum €1,000 if you are resident in France, otherwise €15,000).
Deferred payment is also possible on request.
Do you accept purchase orders or administrative mandates (Chorus)?
Yes, we accept purchase orders for deferred payment, subject to approval by our credit insurer. Translations, legalisations or interpretations are carried out or validated upon receipt and acceptance of a purchase order from your company or organisation.
We need a translation within a few hours. What should we do?
If you need a professional translation or a sworn translation in less than 4 hours or just a few hours, the simplest solution is to call us directly. The same applies for urgent interpreter requests.
