Let’s address the topic of CSR with seriousness and responsibility! Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an approach that aims to reconcile social measures, reduce environmental impact, and implement economic initiatives.
At Alpis, we have chosen a respectful approach towards society and the environment. We have established a dedicated CSR committee, responsible for implementing responsible actions, assessing our performance, and monitoring the impact of our activities on society and the environment.
Our social-environmental commitments
CO2 Neutral
Alpis strives to reduce our environmental impact by offsetting our residual CO2 emissions. The "CO2 neutral" label is awarded only after serious efforts to reduce our carbon footprint. This demonstrates our sincere commitment to the climate.
Global Compact
Alpis is a member of the United Nations Global Compact. We commit to aligning our activities with the principles outlined in the UNGC Charter. Additionally, we respect human rights, combat discrimination, promote decent and fair work, and oppose corruption!
Pledge 1%
We are members of the Pledge 1% movement. Aware of our social responsibility, we actively contribute to the development of charities by allocating a percentage of our time and profits to these causes. In this spirit, it allows us to support initiatives that have a positive impact on society.

We actively work to promote inclusivity for our clientele and employees. Alpis Translation and Interpretation offers services that enable deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals to access our services by phone. We strive to ensure that all our clients and collaborators can communicate easily and effectively with us. This certification is generally issued by the Acce-o organization.

Our responsible actions
- Gender equality: We actively work to promote gender equality within our company. This commitment is reflected in our recruitment process as well as in our responsibility and compensation policies, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
- Ongoing employee training: We attach great importance to the continuous training of our employees. Similarly, we regularly assess their skills and offer them professional development opportunities, promoting their fulfillment and progression within the company.
- Diversity of collaborators: We value diversity within our team. So far, we recognize the benefits of having native/diverse origin collaborators, fostering an inclusive and creative work environment.
- Respect for translators, interpreters, and subcontractors: We place great importance on respecting our collaborators, translators, interpreters, and subcontractors. We commit to collaborating with recognized professionals and ensuring them fair compensation.
- Use of rechargeable and reusable supplies: We make conscientious choices regarding our office supplies. We prioritize rechargeable, reusable, and recyclable products. For example, we use recycled paper, collect and recycle ink cartridges and batteries, and have implemented a selective waste sorting system.
- Awareness of eco-friendly printing: Moreover, we encourage responsible use of printing by limiting paper prints. Thus, we provide a paper version only on request, reducing our consumption and preserving natural resources.
