Payment by bank card

Dear Alpis Client,

You have just made a payment by bank card or PayPal.

If your payment has been successful you will receive a confirmation of payment by email from the payment platform.

Please check your emails to see that the payment was successful.

  • If it was, our team will process your request within the next few minutes.
    Then your order will be checked and followed by an order confirmation email.
    The ordered service (translation, interpretation, legalisation) is carried out within the agreed deadline.
    If it is a translation or legalisation, it is then sent directly to the adress of your choice or to a nearby collection point by tracked letter, express, courier, etc…
  • If the payment was not successful, please complete your payment again.
    In case of error, you will only be debited once to avoid double payment.

For any further information you can contact us directly by telephone or email by replying to the emails you have already received.

There is no need to send back the payment receipt as we receive it ourselves too.

If you have not received an order confirmation within two working hours,
please call us to check that your payment has been processed.
