If your payment has been successful, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from the payment platform.
Please make sure to check that the payment was successful in the email.
- If this is the case, our team will process your request within the next few minutes.
Your order will then be checked and followed by an order confirmation by email.
The service you have ordered (translation, interpretation, legalisation) will be carried out within the agreed timeframe.
If it concerns a translation or legalisation, it will then be sent directly to the address of your choice or to a nearby collection point by tracked post, express delivery, courier, etc. - If not, please repeat your payment.
In any case, in the event of an error, you will only be charged once, even if a double payment occurs.
For any further information, you can contact us directly by phone or by replying to the emails you have received.
There is no need to send us your payment receipt, as we also receive it.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within two working hours,
