For professionals, we process all our translation or interpretation quotes or enquiries within one working hour

For most requests, you will receive a quote in an hour. This free quote will contain, depending on your request and the status of you organisation:

  • either a link for payment of your translation or interpretation service,
  • a quote for immediate payment,
  • or a deferred payment quote which will require an agreement and the signature of an order form

For professionals, the terms of payment are adapted to each individual.
First of all, you can, of course, pay directly by bank card – Visa Mastercard Amex.
Subsequently, you can pay using PayPal or SEPA instant bank transfer.

We also accept French cheques and bank transfers from all countries.
Finally, you can pay in cash at our head office (maximum 1000 euros for a French company)
Deferred payment is also possible on request.

Yes we accept purchase orders for deferred payment after receiving our credit insurer’s agreement.

The translations, legalisation or interpretations are carried out or validated upon receipt and acceptance of a purchase order from your company or organisation.
