When will I receive a response to my enquiry?

We process all requests for translation or interpretation quotes, or for information, within a maximum of two working hours. If your request is more urgent, please call us!

When will I receive a quote?

If your request is straightforward, you will receive a free quote within the specified timeframe, which will include a link for payment for your translation, legalisation, or interpretation service.

How can I pay?

All payment information is included in your translation or interpretation quote. You can pay directly by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You may also pay via PayPal. 
We also accept French cheques and bank transfers from any country.
Finally, you can pay in cash at our head office. 
Work will begin once your payment has been received.

I need a translation within a few hours. What should I do?

If you require a professional translation or a sworn translation in under 4 hours or within a few hours, we simply invite you to call us directly using the button on the right of your screen.

I haven’t received a response! What should I do?

We will reply very quickly. But have you checked your email spam folder? If there’s nothing there, please call us!

My translation request is a bit complex. Can we discuss it?

Yes, we are here to help you with your translation or interpretation projects. Call us directly. Of course, you can also book an appointment with our experts so we can assist you.
