Badge creation and access management

Recording the proceedings

  • Monolingual recording of EC meetings, conferences and other events. // N.B.: Other languages can of course also be recorded but the translation will not be recorded at the same time. If the interpretation is consecutive or accompanied, the translation will also be recorded because it is not done simultaneously.
  • Multilingual recording. We record what is said in the original as well as the translation made in the booth at the same time. // N.B.: Without an interpreting booth, it is not possible to record the original and the translation at the same time.
  • A transcript of the dialogue in French and in the other languages present can be made.

Drafting of the minutes

  • Benefit from the objective neutrality of our writers and their experience for the drafting of your minutes.
  • We provide the drafting of your minutes for meetings and conferences on site in real time or afterwards with the recording of the dialogue.
  • We offer three types of drafting: Transcripts, Reports, Synthesis’
